The Asheville School of Massage & Yoga believes that a supportive and nurturing environment within the framework of a rigorous course of study is crucial to personal, professional, and academic success.

Yoga is a core element of our massage program and is incorporated into every course in the curriculum. Our specialization is self-care and personal growth through a yoga-centered education.
