“At the moment of the first breath of life begins the individual attunement with the energies of the universe. These energies are represented by the fire elements – ether, air, fire, water, and earth – and each have specific patterns in the body.

Dr. Randolph Stone, the originator of Polarity therapy, developed an energy approach to healing that is based on the principles of energy. He shows us how these energies manifest as different levels of health and consciousness in the body.

You will learn extensive techniques for each of the elements. Precise mappings of this energy flow will be given to show how balance and integration may be achieved. The elements are superb tools for greater insight into our client’s physical, mental and emotional state.

We learn to be more understanding, compassionate, and helpful in gentle yet powerful ways. Through the training we can also practice meditation and easy stretching postures for clearing and strengthening our own energy. The possibility is of gaining more insight into our own patterns and making a difference, it’s really fascinating!

Eleanora Lipton is a registered polarity practitioner and educator. She is a nationally-recognized instructor of Polarity Therapy and yoga, and co-author of The Therapeutic Art of Polarity. She is an NCBTMB Approved Provider #451635-11; Founding Director of the Atlanta Polarity Center, and a leader in the Polarity National Association (APTA). Eleanora maintains a private practice in Atlanta. She brings a richness of knowledge, skill and sensitivity to the facilitation of the polarity process and teaches the polarity/massage interface to others.
