We will review many of the problem areas in the body and create strategies to help relieve your client’s chronic pain. This class will teach you how to pinpoint problem areas quickly, enabling your client to leave pain free. Our main focus is on the classic problem areas of the body: the head and neck, the low back and sacrum, and the shoulders. We will use orthopedic assessment, connective tissue techniques, passive/active stretching, muscle energy techniques, hydrotherapy, cross fiber friction, and self-care strategies to help clients become pain free.
